Paris Motor Show

The Paris Motor Show is back in 2018 after its usual one year recess, with some of the world’s best-known car manufacturers set to unveil their latest production and concept vehicles.

A must-see for car enthusiasts, the show draws record numbers of visitors - often exceeding the 1.2 million mark. To beat the crowds, a private charter is the ideal solution for saving time and arriving at the show relaxed and refreshed.

Remembering 120 years of motoring history

From October 4th to 14th, car enthusiasts, decision makers and industry professionals will gather at Port de Versailles in Paris to celebrate 120 years of motoring innovation.

The Paris Motor Show was first held in 1898, and takes place every two years. The show is closely associated with automotive history.

For over a century, the exhibition has kept France firmly on the international motoring map. Despite competition from the Frankfurt, Tokyo and other large car shows, the Paris Motor Show remained the world’s largest when it was last held in 2016.

Many iconic vehicles have made their debut in Paris over the years, and 2018 is no exception. Here are some of the motoring firsts that will be unveiled at this year’s show.

Lexus LC Limited Edition

  • With only ten units set to be shipped to the UK, Japanese automaker Lexus is making a bold statement with its latest limited edition coupe.

  • The LC 500, which features sleek lines and a choice of hybrid or traditional V8 power, will make its debut in Paris.

Mercedes A35 AMG

  • Mercedes-Benz will unveil its latest compact sports model at the Paris Motor Show, with fans of the German manufacturer eagerly awaiting the A35 AMG.

  • The small but powerful Audi S3 competitor will make the perfect action-packed runaround for local trips.

Renault concept - highly anticipated but not yet announced

In keeping with tradition, the 2018 Paris show is expected to feature a concept car debut by a French manufacturer. No details have been announced so far, but a Renault concept car is widely expected to be unveiled at this year’s show.
